The idea of working with a realtor other than Kevin brings me a great deal of anxiety. I have trouble believing there is a more trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor that exists anywhere. If I could give 6 stars I would. I was a first time homebuyer that knew nothing about owning a home or the real estate market when I started working with Kevin several years ago. He helped us purchase our first home and by the end of the process I felt like I knew everything there was to know about real estate. Kevin took every opportunity to educate my wife and I on what to look for, what to avoid, what was a good investment, etc. His only focus through the process was to find the right home for us, and he was successful in doing that. I have recommended him to several other friends in SLC who have had wonderful experiences as well. There is simply no one I would trust more than Kevin with the biggest investment of my life!
