Kevin Coyle is the principal broker of SLC Homes, a Salt Lake City boutique real estate brokerage specializing in high-touch, high-quality, personalized service.  With nearly 20 years experience as a full time Salt Lake City Realtor, Kevin brings his knowledge of the market and many personal connections with contractors, to help sellers prepare their homes for sale in advance of putting it on the market. This approach results in a home that is more appealing to a wide array of buyers and produces a higher sales price for the homeowner.

When it comes to buyer representation, Kevin creates opportunities for his buyers to move to the front of the line in multiple offer situations.  Being a reputable buyer's agent that is well known among his colleagues, Kevin understands the art of bringing the buyer and seller together in a competitive market.  Kevin helps his buyers understand the buying process and acts as a personal representative.  He doesn't sell you a home, he helps you buy a home of your choosing.

A resident of the Liberty Wells neighborhood in SLC since 2003, Kevin's area of expertise is in the neighborhoods of Salt Lake City and expands into the suburbs of Salt Lake County.  A Western New York native, he grew up in a small town south of Rochester.  He has a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology (1987), which took him to central and north New Jersey post-college working in the consumer products industry.  In 1989 he moved to Chicago where he worked and lived in the city.  In Chicago Kevin was a project manager for a consumer products company and a building manager for a corporate office building.  Kevin has an MBA from DePaul University (1994) in real estate finance & entrepreneurship.

In 1997, he put everything in storage and took a 9 month sabbatical and skied all over the western US in search of a new place to call home.  In the spring of 1998, Kevin settled in Holladay and then Cottonwood Heights, later moving to Liberty Wells in 2003. Kevin is an avid downhill skier, bike rider, hiker, paddler and an occasional golfer.  He also enjoys traveling to Central America and other interesting places on his vacations, and is a lover of live music, catching a few shows every month.
